These Terms govern your access to and use of Blueprints, including our website, applications, APIs, automation tools, and services for building autonomous prediction-market agents.
Agreement to These Terms
Blueprints is operated by Carbon Copy Markets Inc. ("Blueprints," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use prediction-market and crypto-related services in your jurisdiction.
The Service
Blueprints provides software for creating, testing, monitoring, and running automated market strategies. The Service may connect to third-party venues, market-data providers, wallets, notification services, AI models, and infrastructure providers.
- You control the strategies, conditions, parameters, budgets, and risk limits.
- Third-party venues such as Polymarket remain separate services with their own rules.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your login methods, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account, API key, passkey, session, or connected wallet has been compromised.
We may require additional verification, limit access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain platform integrity.
Wallets and Transactions
The Service may help you create or connect an embedded wallet through a wallet provider. You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible, public once submitted on chain, and subject to network fees, congestion, and third-party smart-contract behavior.
- We do not guarantee transaction execution, settlement, market availability, or venue uptime.
- You are responsible for funding decisions and for withdrawing any remaining funds.
- Digital assets are not FDIC-insured, SIPC-protected, or risk free.
No Investment Advice
Blueprints does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Any market data, model output, strategy template, automation, or analytics shown in the Service is provided for informational and software-operational purposes only.
Prediction-market participation can involve substantial risk, including total loss of funds allocated to a strategy. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to trade, what limits to apply, and whether your activity is lawful in your location.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Violating law, sanctions, venue rules, or third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits, billing, or security protections.
- Uploading malware or using the Service to disrupt infrastructure or other users.
- Using automations to manipulate markets, deceive others, or conceal unlawful activity.
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party systems, including authentication, hosting, analytics, error reporting, wallets, AI providers, market-data APIs, and trading venues. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, decisions, data accuracy, fees, or security incidents outside our control.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of content and configurations you submit, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, operate, and improve the Service.
Disclaimers and Limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, secure from all threats, or suitable for your specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
